   Create an accountRegister for free on the Create Account page.

   Get the game clientYou need World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade 2.4.3 (build 8606). Newer clients will not work.

   Set the realmlistOpen the file realmlist.wtf in your WoW folder (next to Wow.exe) with Notepad, delete everything and paste:

   set realmlist forestwow.zapto.orgCopy

   Check Config.wtfIf WTF\Config.wtf contains a line starting with SET realmList, change it to the same address or delete that line.

   Clear the cacheDelete the Cache folder inside your WoW folder.

   Play!Start Wow.exe and log in with your account name and password.

"Unable to connect" - your realmlist is wrong or the server is offline. Check the status on the right.

"The information you have entered is not valid" - wrong account name or password. Use the account name, not the character name.

"Unable to validate game version" - your client is not 2.4.3 (8606).
